Who We're Looking For

We’re currently hiring licensed mental health therapists in Indiana (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD) to join our growing team.  We also welcome associate-level clinicians, especially those with experience and interest in couples therapy.

Competitive Compensation & Benefits

• Fee-for-service compensation with additional administrative pay, based on experience. This comes to $72k-78k annually based on caseload size for Full-time Licensed Therapists.

Our Office & Work Environment

Our office space is thoughtfully designed with natural light, private therapy rooms, and a calm, welcoming environment. Hybrid clinicians are fully supported with secure technology and systems to offer effective, high-quality telehealth services.

Work Expectations

• Associates: 12–15 client sessions per week

• Part-time: 15-23 client sessions per week

• Full-time: 24+ client sessions per week

• Work 2 weeknights (4–7 PM) or weekend hours

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health field

• Active, unrestricted license in the state of Indiana

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ethical, compassionate therapy services (in-person and/or via telehealt

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

• Collaborate with clients’ treatment teams as needed

• Attend required team meetings and training

• Maintain licensure and follow HIPAA regulations

• Be reliable, collaborative, and self-directed

• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHRs)
