Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in mental health-related field

• Active, unrestricted behavioral health license in Indiana.

Preferences:

• Prior experience in private practice.

• Paneled with BCBS (Anthem) and Optum (United and UMR).

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

• Conduct on-site and virtual counseling sessions adhering to company policies

• Maintain timely and accurate client records

• Provide ethical and compassionate outpatient mental health services

• Collaborate with clients' treatment teams as needed

• Attend mandatory meetings and trainings

• Have a strong work ethic and ability to work independently

• Be a collaborative, reliable, and respectful member of the practice

• Have strong written and interpersonal communication skills

• Proficient use of electronic health record systems

• Adhere to HIPAA rules and regulations

• Maintain good standing with the licensing board

• Maintain a minimum of 15 client sessions per week for Part-time

• Maintain a minimum of 24 client sessions per week for Full-time

• Work at least 2 evenings (4PM to 7PM) and/or weekend hours per week
